Its been awhile since we went to Quay West but my kids loved it - we went twice and I preferred it to Kiln Park.

The ferry is early but we made it an adventure for the kids cos if we'd gone to a hotel the night before there would have been no sleep. Kids slept in the car after the ferry so it worked out OK.

I found the Haven ho!idays good but onsite there are lots of extras but the kids loved the games and shows. We went at the start if July so the park was quieter and the kids get picked for shows etc.

Not a lot to do in New Quay but it is a lovely village to walk around with lovely fish & chips take away places... The beach is lovely and you can walk from the park to the village (depending on tides)

Let me know if you want more details
