    hi i have just noticed this thing pop up on my computer its called optimizer pro now its a new laptop & i dont know if this came installed on my laptop or it has been downloaded onto it without me realizing it ,my question is it ok or is it a virus any help would be appreciated thanks (also theres a pic popping up on the corner of my screen saying 24hr helpline it says pc utilities ?
