Site access question

I have planning for a house. The planning specifies the entrance to the house via a laneway.

Do I have to use that entrance when building the house? Or can I use a different way to access the site.

I want to submit my commencement notice next week to begin site clearance and get foundations in. I'm worried building control would try to access the site as on the planning and they would have great difficulty getting to the site that way.

Am I okay using the other entrance for the build or do I have to use the planned one?

    Thanks

you do not have permission to use any other entrance other than the one shown on the application.

if you wish to use any other location you must apply for planning permission for it.

If you wish to open a temporary site entrance for the construction period only, you must agree this with both planning and roads engineers and have it in writing.

I should have stated earlier that this is an agricultural field at present with a different, and legal, entrance.

    Does that make a difference?

    None whatsoever.

agricultural entrances and Domestic entrances are seen completely differently.

Can you not just break in your entrance where u will be using it? You don't have to use now. That way if they come they can access the site.
