It's the Guardian so my alarm bells went off straight away. Then right at the bottom of the page I see this:

So I jump straight to 4. Hitting the limits. Expecting a lecture on Carbon Dioxide. I wasn't disappointed. The other three sections are fine. Although I suspect the conclusion is the whole point of the article.

The Guardian has zero credibility when it comes to discussing aviation.
