Samsung Galaxy Express strange looking battery?

Hi Got a new phone today Galaxy express (with free TaB:)) but I think the battery looks a bit strange. Not flat as phone batteries usually are. Does anyone else thinks it looks strange. Just wondering if I should just return it to store tomorrow?
