Gls do a cash service but it's a hassle for once off
    Post office don't do it

Or is there any other way of sending a package where buyer and seller gave security?

PayPal have it but I think that's just for eBay sellers

Paypals protection extends outside of ebay, as long as you follow the guidelines.
I can't really think of anything else, at least anything that would keep things simple. Are you looking for security as buyer or seller?
