    Hi all,

    I have a f6r Ffwd wheel set set up with a ten speed cassette. Have a new 11 speed group set (shimano) and am looking to convert the wheel set to suit. Despite all the info online I am having trouble finding useful info/advice. I need to change the free body but cannot seem to find any shop stocking one. There are loads of people racing on these wheels, surely others have come across this problem too. I love the wheels and cannot afford to buy a decent set to replace them. The racing season is coming and my bike is out of action. :(

    Any advice appreciated.
