POLE DANCE or HIP HOP for more than 1 hour??

    Hello All! :)

    I'm new from here, and I would like to know if there are some classes for pole dance or Hip hop dance that take more than 1 hour?
    Because I can't release how can I learn something in just an hour at week?:confused: For me it's really strange, because I use to 2 or 3 times at week for 2 hour! I used to play volleyball when I was in Italy, but now here for me is difficult to find a team, or even to start a new sport. But maybe is just because I don't have some information.
    Can you please help me?
