I just took delivery of a new bike. However the carbon fork will have to be mated with the steerer expander.
Is there anyone on the north side of Dublin who may have one to lend for the night?
    Thanks

Of course I will pay for your trouble. Would a tenner cover it? And a deposit to the value of the wrench.

What kind of torque do you need to tighten to? Not all torque wrenches will cover every range.

If you are near Swords I can bring one in to work tomorrow. A small bar of 70+% chocolate and you can have it for the weekend.

I'll confirm the range this evening, it should cover everything bike related.

    Haha

8Nm torque is needed or 80inch-lbf

Thanks guys I've made contact with a guy in clontarf so might try him first. If it doesn't work will be back sharpish 😄

I know the season is gone, but got a cyclocross bike to replace the BMC CX02 I got from Raam years ago, but was stolen in 2012
