Customer of mine asked me what's wrong. Rad pipes + rad is piping hot but fan won't kick in automatically. Fan will work only if you press the boost button, but not automatically by itself. Customer knows all about the controls as he has 5 of them but two rad have this problem.

ps. That's all the info that I have, before ye all bombardment me with Q&A

    Thanks.
    Cheers guys

Sounds like those two rads are in set back mode, if activated. They will only read the temperature setting on at 5C less than actual.
If the temperature was increased does the fan come on?

Haven't a clue, rad had a few buttons for fan speed and some sort of boost. No digital display/panel on it.
    Cheers.

Left of the boost button is set back light. If activated, it will set the temp setting back 5C.
