big switch was meant to happen today but no money in ptsb account

    I have recently switched accounts AIB to PTSB the switch was meant to happen today however the money from AIB is not showing up on my PTSB account yet. Is thia normal?

    Yes completely normal. Switch date is simply the date the process starts. Old bank has up to 7 working days to close your account and transfer the funds over.
