    I'm so furious at this point. I ordered a bedroom set which consisted on pillow cases, cusions, duvet cover, and bed throw, when ordered all items were in stock. First of the items arrived last week. In stead of two cousions I get two pairs of runners, ring them up am told its up to me to get them back to them back to them. No apology for wrong items, just that they will inspect the items and can take up to 58 days to get my money back.

    Then today go on to my bank account and the money for the item which was due for dilevary this week has been re credited. Ring them up, its no longer in stock. They don't even bother to send an email to let me know this.

    Talk about bad customer service. I don't know how they are still in business. SO now I'm going to have to return all the items to them. Do consumers have any rights when they place an order and its is not delivered and then is out of stock.

    They did not send you the correct items, therefore it is up to them to reimburse or cover the cost of returning.

    As for the "out of stock" items, there is nothing you can do. If they can't fulfill the order, then they should return your money, which they have done. You cannot force them to sell it to you.

    strange. I ordered duvet cover and fitted sheet last Thursday. Duvet cover was coming up as *out of stock* expected in 2 weeks. Lo and behold, on Monday morning, BOTH items were delivered at 9.00am.

    Thanks for the replies. Well I ordered over 150 euros worth of bed room stuff, and then they didn't deliver certain items, so the whole set is no good. Some of the stuff which didn't come were 10 euro and are now selling at 25, so don't think I would order from them again. Defiantly would not recommend them to anyone either. They have no costumer service at all.
