Hi Was wondering does anybody know any good hairdressers in waterford? My hairdresser keeps putting a real dark colour in my hair and I hate it. Got it stripped out and all few months back. Hi

Was wondering does anybody know any good hairdressers in waterford? My hairdresser keeps putting a real dark colour in my hair and I hate it. Got it stripped out and all few months back. Left it grow out etc etc etc. But it's so dark again. Anybody know any good hairdresser that will basically lighten it in one day. I know it's so easy to go darker but not so easy to go lighter. Anybody recommend anyone good? Even if they come to your hse or have to go to salon I don't mind. Thanks.
