Has anyone tried the running course in Northwood Sports Injury Clinic?

I've seen it advertised for 240 spondoolies in the Irish Runner and wondering if anyone has heard anything about it?
My running form is awful and I keep getting an injury as a result.
I'm thinking of signing up for something on these lines to learn how to run properly.

I did the Catherina McKiernan one. It was cheaper, and I found it good. It was great to be able to ask her advice etc.

If you keep getting injured, though, I'd go to a physio. It might be a weakness that you could address through exercises rather than trying to change your form.

Haven't done course but I do know the doc and physio who run the course have no time for all the obsession with different type of runners and all this over pronation, neutral etc etc bull crap promoted by the companies

I work closely enough with SSC and they would be big into minimalist runners.
From your post above I don't think you know what you are talking about or have met or know Dr Andy Franklyn-Miller or John Foster.
I know former Olympic walker Colin Griffin is now involved.

With regards footwear you have to treat each person case by case.

I saw a new thing in Elverys yesterday calld footbalance. they analyse your feet & make custom insoles to suit.€50 ish. Anyone tried this out? he said they can go into any runner.. but surely a pair of runners that already have a high Arch (for example) would upset the insole? Would they not only be useful in flat footwear? I remember I got insoles years ago & they made the footwear feel too tight... anyone got any feedback on these?
I might go to that shop in Parnell st for Gait Analysis instead. Need a new pair of runners anyway.

Might be a good idea if you checked out The doctors own website and the little video at the end , I only discovered it myself now , but he's answering the same question I asked him at a meeting in December

I won't dignify your delusional comments above by asking for an apology .
