Hi, I'm wondering has anyone got any experience with using a UK Accountancy firm or have setup an umberella company in the UK while contracting in Ireland. Are there any advantages? Thanks a mill.

Hi

Generally if the employment is exercised in Ireland then it would be subject to Irish PAYE.

A UK accountancy firm may not have the relevant knowledge to run an Irish payroll.
