I'll be moving to belfast soon and just read that Belfast is supposed to be the most congested city in the uk. Is that so?! What areas / roads are specially bad during rush hour? I have no idea about the city, hence need house hunting help and commute is a big part of the decision making. I'll be commuting to the city…
