OK I've a strange problem. I've got a 1.1m dish motorised connected to a dream box 800. Satellites are all set up using usals and every set up satellite from 30 west to 54 east comes in (dish moves too) except for 27.5 west.
Its set up the same as every other satellite, but when selected the dish won't move. I've tried going to either 24 west or 30 west and nudging back but no luck.
When I select a channel I get check configuration error, but all is good. The channels are not greyed out either?

Are you trying to get the BBC channels for the 6 Nations? They are a very high symbol rate 44100 and I read that some receivers can't tune them in for this reason. That is the only thing I can think of.

They are very strong here 16.3 dB on the F15 receiver but I see the footprint is not that favourable for Poland. The only data signal these days is on the Africa beam so there are no other tp's with a more normal symbol rate to try.

Yes the footprint is marginal here. Officially 90-120cm. I've a 1.1 m and yesterday was sunny. Thought I'd try it. Suppose I could try my old trusty techno mate 6900.

On another forum I found this, three tp's carrying data.

    10959 V 8332 S2 data
    11120 V 2750 S2 data
    11138 V 4535 S2 data

First one is 13.5 dB with me, second one is a massive 18.5 dB and the third one 7.0 dB. Maybe you could try them to see if you have any success.
