    Didn't two brothers sue a few years back as they claimed the moon was left to them in a will?

    There are courses now on space-law :D

    There are actually a surprising number of treaties relating to space. They usually govern travel, space junk, etc.

    On another note, the best part of this thread is undoubtedly the title.

    Looks like a deflated football. Maybe the result of a poorly taken penalty.

    To those how enjoy SciFi, the title reminds me of the classic Heinlin novel "Have Space suit, will travel".
    On topic, I'd presume Space law a subset of International law.

    Indeed - From the International Court of Justice to the Intergalactic Court of Justice ...

    To explore strange new cases, to seek out new law and litigation, to boldly go where no legal person has gone before. ;)

    Not far off, it would seem;
    Rhawn Joseph is the petitioner in the case. He has authored several books on a variety of topics, including the terrorist attacks on September 11, biological UFOs
    :pac:

    It'll only give the Euroskeptics and Little Englanders more to moan about.

    "Bloody unelected bureauzorgs from beyond Alpha Centauri telling me that I can't perform an alien autopsy in my garden shed as it's a breach of their 'Martian Rights', you couldn't make it up".
