Goods imported from non-EU country, customs invoice

    Hi guys.
I have some goods imported in 2013 from outside the EU with a value over €22. Goods are subjected to Customs charges. Unfortunatelly I have found out in 2014 that I have received goods without paying any import charges. I have already sold that goods in 2013. I would like to pay for that charges now in Revenue. I am making my own bookkeeping as sole trader and I am just not sure how to treat that receipt with import charges (which will be issued in 2014). Leave it for 2014 or add to 2013 records?

By the way let me ask another question.
What If I received goods, sold that goods but after some time my supplier refunded me part or whole order? How should I treat that received money? As my income?

    Thanks in advance.
