    Just had a really bad experience on a new house at Broadfield Manor Rathcoole. They held our deposit for 7 months while we were waiting on our contracts. Then just before we were going to sign they returned our deposit without reason or warning saying they would not be selling us the house.
    Its disgracful that developers are getting away with this again. Its scary, it seems we're heading down the same road we've just came from on the property market, house prices are rising rapidly again! As a buyer it just seems impossible 😠
    Would love to hear from anyone else having similar problem with this development.
