Hello,
I've been living in Ireland for over 8 years now, finished my secondary school here and after failing one subject on leaving cert and having to repeat, I went to college with back to education allowance. I'm now in 2nd year of college, still in receipt of it. My question is, am I eligible to apply for naturalisation? I'm an EU citizen if that changes anything. Any answers would be appreciated.
