I got E-Fibre installed a few weeks ago but it cuts out on average about 10 times a day. I have a number of devices connected to the modem 2 mobile phones, iPad, laptop and Sky on demand. I'm in Dundalk btw.

Any idea why this keeps happening?

Are you losing the connection completely or is the wifi dropping?

Wifi is dropping , a red light appears on the router for a few minutes then disappears

Do you have the filters installed?

Filters? The efibre engineer came out and installed everything

    You're losing authentication. Call Eircom.

    No filters needed with fibre.

Just to be clear - there is a filter, but it's in the master socket (NTU) and covers all the phone extensions in the premises.
