Check your airflow on van is open and not on recirculate to allow air through the van. Makes quite a difference. I close it during this weather to keep draughts out of van but forgot to open it on way home recently and couldn't figure out why windscreen was not demisting properly. I was half way home when I remembered.

It also helps if you have aircon in the cab and turn it on to screen till clear. Clears quickly.

Ducato demister sucks on the small van screen let alone the massive hymer one, good description here:

Also worth sticking a demhumdifier in your van for a couple of days when its a bit warmer as wet feet, wet caots, wet clothes, cooking, perspiration etc. adds up to very humid environment internally which permiates everything.

They're poor on all a classes to be honest. You've obviously never rallied an old Escort or motorbiked on bad days? Lol! Simple solution. Get a slightly damp cloth, with a squirt of shampoo on it, wipe off all the window, and as it's starting to dry a little , buff it off with a towel. It'll stop it fogging up for a few days.

Works better than rain x anti fog too, which under certain conditions actually makes the problem worse and creates a thick layer of droplets instead of a thin layer of mist but it is tedious having to redo it all the time.
