You've gotta love this. Under US law any citizen can gather 100,000 signatures and petition the White House on any issue of the day that concerns them. Once 100,000 signatures have been collected the White House is obliged to respond and at least address the issue.

Step forward some smart citizen who submitted the following
"We the people of the United States feel that we are being wrongly represented in the world of pop culture," the petition reads. "We would like to see the dangerous, reckless, destructive, and drug abusing, Justin Bieber deported and his green card revoked. He is not only threatening the safety of our people but he is also a terrible influence on our nations youth. We the people would like to remove Justin Bieber from our society."

As of yesterday the petition is up to 236,000 signatures so the deportation of Justin Bieber must now be addressed by the White House.

    God bless 'Murica

Give power to people - people are as, if not more retarded than the government

    I believe it's a policy, not a law.

In any case, the response will be akin to "We shall leave the disposition of Bieber's residency to the INS and ICE. There are already laws on the books to revoke permission to remain in the US if certain criteria are met".

Basically, if he's guilty of something which can put him behind bars for a year or more, the visa may be revoked. Otherwise, no.

As a friend of mine said, "if ever there was a use for Guantanamo Bay..."

    In any csae
We the people of the United States feel that we are being wrongly represented in the world of pop culture
Mr. bieber is the perfect representation of Pop culture, IMO.

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.
