How to safely cut bamboo and replant

    I have some rather large bamboo that I'd like to move around the garden
    It's 10 foot in height. I can't seem to attach the photos. I would like to cut it and replant.
    What's the best way of going about it and when to do it?

    now is a good time. use a decent spade and break away a clump from tha main root system. replant and water. thats it really.

    No I've a massive back garden and a very very nosey neighbour so they will get plenty of use!
