Is the Irish Fire Service actually providing what the Fire Service should?

    Save Life (Human & Animal), Save Property and Render Humanitary Aid, how many of theses are the Fire Service actually providing?

    That is not an easy question as there is not currently a national fire service , each fire service is run differantly by its local authurity ,
