Paypal Problem

    I'm trying to add funds to my Playstation Network wallet with paypal but every time I try to do it its unsuccessful. There is money in my account but it keeps saying

    "We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now

    Return to merchant and try a different payment method

    We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available)."

    Has anyone experienced this before, Iv tried contacting both paypal and Sony to see where they problem lies.

    If anyone has found a fix for this it would be very much appreciated.
