Cheapest bike comp with HR Monitor

I have a cheap bike comp atm and use map my ride to log my workouts but I would like to have a hr monitor as well so what is the cheapest bundle out there, im not interested in the top of the range garmins etc as this is more for personal fitness, cadence is optional. Thanks :)

Why not just get a Bluetooth HRM strap and continue to use MMR? Its probably going to be cheaper than a new computer with HRM.
