Motorola Migrate App not in Play Store?

Hi,

the wife is moving from a Samsung Ace S5830 to a Motorola Moto G. Motorola have an app called Motorola Migrate which is meant to ease the change over. However I cant find it in the Play Store?

I checked on their website and the app is compatible with her version of Android 2.3.6

I have cleared cache and data in the Play Store. So any ideas? Is there an alternative app I could use?

The app is already installed on the Moto G

I was trying to install it on the Samsung. I managed to get it sorted, I needed to Clear data in the Google Service Framework!
