Extraflame pellet burner,ignition problem.

    The parents-in-law are having problems with the burner ignition and they cant get bloke that fitted it to come out and fix it. This is going on over a year now and when asked was their someone else that could look at it, he said he was the only one in the country that services these.

    Yeah,this has been going around in circles.I have offered to arrange a plumber to look into it but they have held out in the hope he will turn up. They are afraid to get mad on the phone(always his wife with some excuse/promise) with them in case he then wont show up at all to fix it. Seems like he has already made that decision:rolleyes:

    Would be great if someone is familiar with these burners with any advice, service contact, they could offer.

    Rather than promoting yourself, wouldn't you have been better trying to recommend one of your agents to sort the OP's issues out???
    That's a terrible service, having one of your agents tell a customer that they are the only person in the country that can service the unit & then holds them to ransom by never turning up!
    Nice business ethos.....

    Well perhaps you could PM the OP & offer assistance. I don't think they are looking for parts. They are looking for service.
