I opened a 30day demand deposit account via my 365 on 22 January and set it up that the deposit would come from my current account. 10 days later and the money is still in my current account. How long does this normally take? Thanks

Thanks for posting.

It takes 10 working days for the first direct debit to a new 365 Online Deposit account to be fully processed. If the funds have not reached the account by this time, please call Banking 365 on 0818 365 365 / 00 353 1 4044000 during office hours Mon - Fri and a member of the Deposit Team will offer assistance.
