Heatline compact .flame failure fault ?

Tackling a Heatline Compact s20s system boiler tomorrow. initial fault was pressure drop .Quick fix with external vessel and new PRV . Now flame and gas failure fault light showing up . Checked thermistor and high limit stats and tried new pcb . Boiler heats up rads almost too hot then cuts out and keeps coming on and off…

Tackling a Heatline Compact s20s system boiler tomorrow. initial fault was pressure drop .Quick fix with external vessel and new PRV .
Now flame and gas failure fault light showing up .
Checked thermistor and high limit stats and tried new pcb .
Boiler heats up rads almost too hot then cuts out and keeps coming on and off lighting from then on about every minute .
Burner pressure rising and falling a lot while lit.
Any checks or solutions welcome .
