I wonder did anyone get letter/email from ESB electric Ireland about price increas in 2014?

this is what I got :
"Electric Ireland, like all suppliers in the energy market, is being affected by increased costs for fuel and network charges associated with delivering energy to consumers’ homes. However, we are also extremely conscious of the financial pressures everyone is facing to manage household budgets.

Electric Ireland made the decision to absorb the additional costs arising from higher fuel and network charges until 1st January 2014. What’s more, we also decided to absorb the increase in the Public Service Obligation (PSO) levy until 1st January 2014 (which was approved by CER to take effect from 1st October 2013) by applying a monthly reduction to your electricity bill of €1.25 (excl.VAT) per month to offset the increase in PSO charges, from €2.32 (excl.VAT) to €3.57 (incl.VAT). This reduction ceases on 1st January 2014."

    Cheers
