My dog is on her period and is driving me mad

    She is crazy these last few days

    Vet told me she will have a "phantom pregancy" where she thinks her football is her puppy...she then thinks she has a c@ck and has her teddy bent over giving it socks

    Shes crazy as fook...

    Its called being 'in heat' or in season. She is not guaranteed to have a phantom pregnancy and they are not as simple as what you said. If its that much bother for you get her neutered.

    Anything that bleeds for 5 days or more is clearly dying so send her on the way.
    Only humane thing to do

    Wait until she barks at you and then starts sobbing uncontrollably. Keep asking her has she lost weight, did she get her nails clipped etc.
