Local Bike Shop Robbed

    Hi Guys , posted on Stolen bike thread but will throw it up here too hope that's ok MODs

    My LBS Kilmallock Cycles was broken into last Sunday/Monday with the thieves knowing exactly what they were looking for . They went for the high end and took a load of Giant TCRs and DEFY advanced and composites . They took every Accessory that goes with them , pedals bottle holders etc and ransacked the place leaving his premises destroyed.

    Paul the guy who runs the shop is a great guy and has been a huge supporter of cycling locally long before he opened the shop both in setting up clubs and advising any budding cyclists. It's a shame to see a good guy done over.

    Scum, that's a great shop, well known for supporting the cycling fraternity. I hope they are recovered and those involved are apprehended.

    Chances are bikes are either stripped to sell as groupsets frames etc or in UK by now.

    Feel sorry for owner. I've never felt rage like the time I was broken into. Horrible feeling

    I was talking to Paul just few minutes ago , 70 plus bikes stolen took everything Giant related as well as a good few Scott's

    Tell him to get good advice when dealing with Insurance company. Be sure to fight his corner
