Attracted to Most Girls!

Hi there,

I am a 20 year old male and and have never had a girlfriend, I am only really getting into the dating game but I find myself with a bit of a dilemma.

I find myself attracted to lots of different girls.
I am in no way a player though, if I was to go out with a girl then my attention would be fully on her and noone else.
I have been interested in girls for many years but I have only ever admired girls from a distance.
Another problem I find is that if I was to watch a movie with a beautiful woman then I sometimes struggle to get her out of my head e.g. thinking I would love to date her.
I'm not stupid because I know there is no chance of me ever dating a movie star.

I think a lot of my problems are pre-relationship problems because I don't know what it feels like to love woman.

I would like to ask peoples advice on how to know what girl is right for you?

Any advice would be appreciated.

When you say you have had a girlfriend, do you mean a long term relationship? Like did you start going out with her from 16 +/- (which is generally the age people start dating at)?

If so, then buddy, it is not just you! I have been in 2 longass relationships, 15-19 and 19-about June just gone, I found myself attracted to many many women but didn't do anything about it because I figured it was just a case of "well, I haven't been able to go out with any girls so I am going crazy now", I only asked someone out for the first time yesterday believe it or not (going out next weekend [nervous as ****!])

So, perhaps it is that.

In relation to knowing the one for you, nobody can definitively answer that for you, the general answer is "you just know", but I would say, take it easy, take your time, the right one will come along.

Oh, and about the movie with the hot woman in it, that's what fantasy's are for

Erm, ok, so, in that case, don't worry about "getting a girlfriend", just go out and have fun, meet people, go on dates, you will find someone you click with at some stage, remember, it is not a race. To be honest, if I could go back in time knowing what I know now, I would never have gotten with either of them.

I think the biggest thing you will have to overcome is confidence (I am not one to talk), but if you like someone, talk to her! Ask her out and see what happens.

Oh, and watch out for that god forsaken friendzone..... really, this place is hell on earth.
