Question about Dublin Bus Wifi

I have aquestion about Dublin Bus wifi. Does it block Youtube. I tried it this morning and was blocked but I just wanted to check.

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

Would think so as its probably using 3g and if everybody was streaming then it wouldn't be worth connecting to it as slow

Yep, video streaming is blocked on both dublin bus and irish rail, due to the amount of bandwith it uses

A single video could be the size of a text document that runs to hundreds of pages.

Try millions. Plain text through zlib compression vs. even a SD video is a scary comparison.

The idea of fitting the wifi is to increase customer service and make your journey a little better.

The idea is so you can read emails along with other small files.
As said above all other types are blocked because it would affect all other users.

If you find it is'nt working you can repoert to the wifi provider via details on the wifi signs.

Yes same for me, when I switch back to 4G, it works fine.
