Hi,

I am looking for a 2 bed house/apartment in the dun Laoghaire/ Rathdown area that will accept rent allowance. I am very respectable, quiet and an excellent tenant. I am receiving rent allowance as I had to leave my job as a veterinary nurse due to childcare issues. I will be returning to the work force as soon as my son is of school going age.

I am able to pay a deposit and first months rent up front.
