Trying to find a part number for a 2013 fiesta.

I have been trying to download microcat all day but can't get it to work.

Trying to get a part number and location for the outside temperature sensor.

    Thanks for your help!

Ring the parts department of a Ford Dealership. Explain to them that you want to buy the part, and will call in to pay in advance. Ask them for the part number, so you can save time when you call.

    Hi
    Thanks for the reply.

I also need the diagram from microcat as I don't know where it is.

We repaired the car which had very light frontal damage. The dash now shows -40 degrees and I can't find the sensor. From a quick google search it's apparently behind the front bumper.

If its simular to the focus it could be a software issue anf the bcmi needs a software update try driving the car for a bit.

As for the sensor check the under passenger mirror almost sure thats where it is.

    Thanks for the reply.

Will have to take the bumper off again if it's behind the grille. It's held in by these one way plastic clips !

I might send it into ford first and see if it's due an update !

    Thanks for your help !

    Hi Steve

Thanks very much for the reply.

I got the attached diagram from a UK Dealer.

I ordered part marked 12a647 which was less than £5.

I also tried to order 15a022 but it seems to be out of stock for a few months.

Sensor should arrive in the next couple of days.

I would recommend fordpartsuk.co.uk. Emails replied to in less than 10 minutes and even sent me the diagram attached.

My local dealer was a waste of time as usual!
