Prosperous to Dublin Quays commute

Hi all, I apologise if this has been done before - can anyone recommend the best way to do commute from Prosperous Kildare to Dublin? I am hoping to start job at 830 / 9am and leave at 5/530pm Is traffic a nightmare? Would the buses / trains be packed? thanks!

Driving, head out toward donadea and hit the N4 at kilcock and straight in, it can be fairly hectic around that time, with the quays being worst, so depending on if it's west quays or east leave 45-60 minutes.
