I am buying a house on marsh road to rent out in flats what is that area of drogheda like it is close to scotch hall.
Property is cheaper here for some reason

It's cheap because it's very prone to flooding.

Today will be a good test of how high the
Water levels get . Ship street normally flooded but how far will it come back towards town the street levels rise on marsh road towards town

House is near cafferys stone showroom

While I have no direct experience I know a few decent people living on that road. They did say that there are anti-social issues with some residents/tenants in the area. Could probably say the same about anywhere mind you.
