Can pvc windows warp? Mine are over 25yrs old but i noticed the gap between the windows (when closed)is not uniform with the frame, and i can see slight warping in the frame. Another window is gone completely off level and will not open/close. (i have forced it open to check the hinges, and they are fine). Any ideas.?

Any plastic can warp with time and load but I would think it more likely that the hinges have worn a bit. A decent window fitter will be able to sort out most of your problems.
