Draughts from skirting

70's cavity block construction house with hardwood floors. There are draughts coming through the gaps between the skirting and the floors. Just wondering what is the best way to seal the draughts. I'm reluctant to use any sealant as the floors need to expand and contract.

Anyone used something like this? http://stopgaps.com

    Or any alternatives ?

If I were you I'd buy a small roll of 3.5" insulation and cut it into 1" strips. Push these underneath until it comes past the back of the skirting board. As you're not taking insulation here (just stopping a draught) compressing the material does not come into the question.
