Hi guys and gals, I just wanted to post this here, as I. Got an update on my 3G iPad this morning from 3.
4G is now enabled. Hopefully they will be rolling out the LTE soon.

Has anybody heard anything regarding 3 going 4g ?

    Edit

3G still displaying when I connect to the mobile network which leads me to think that. I may have to get me a new 4G sim to appreciate the LTE when it finally does get rolled out.

    /edit.

Ok, just found out that 3 launched LTE on January 27th and it's free until July 2014.

Depending on when you got your 3 sim you may need to get a new sim from 3.

Also beware that 4g isn't available everywhere.

True.. Weirdly, when I left my house and sat in my car I had the 4G symbol.
    No new sim needed !
Sitting outside work in Naas now and I'm back on 3G. :/
