Best thing is to get a proper aerial on the roof as the broadcasters intended.

Yes of course , ideally .
However the management company wont allow external aerials .
and a small one wont work indoors for me and i have no attic and it has to point to a window .
So ... i had to resort to the rare under table stealth install ;)

So many times heard this on the forums. TV reception is virtual a right these days. Get together with your neighbours and demand the management company put in a communal system. When they discover the cost they may suddenly allow individual aerials.

Have to say I love your aerial under the table top marks lol. You say your management company wont allow external aerials is there sky or Upc already prewired?

Yes , UPC is the only option . My aerial was suppose to be temporary til i explored the options , but i never signed up to UPC then , so i have the aerial and an Android TV dongle for torrent tv etc .
Kinda understand the aerial/dish ban though , one guy might do it neatly but the guy next door puts a white 120cm dish on the front wall ... and there goes the neighborhood :pac:

The extra cost for a communal system foir Terrestrial & FOUR satellites and two outlets per room is trivial on overall build cost. It's bordering on criminal that successive Governments have ignored their own committees on building Insulation, common ducting and communal services. So as to save the Developers a few percent and waste billions of the inhabitants money for lifetime of property.
