    Hi,

Just wondering how much people have paid for a Church Singer, and also if anyone has any recommendations (particularly around the Munster Region).

    Thanks

Aoife O Neill is both highly recommended (by me and many others) and very reasonable too! She has her own website too www.aoifeoneillmusic.com and if she's not free she can recommend someone who is :)

when we got married our original church performer backed out last minute (a few weeks beforehand)

these guys stepped in and after the wedding i regretted not having them as our first choice, not only did everyone (including those relatives who always complain no matter what) complement them, they learned a song we wanted to walk down the aisle to that they didn't have in their list in the short time we booked them (we got lucky our day was an unusual one for weddings so they were luckily free)

absolutely amazing performers and totally professional (and reasonably priced) check them out...

We had Maria Fitzgerald (weddingsinger.ie), she was more expensive than some others we looked at but well worth the money. She has some samples on her site and a good video on YouTube. I really can't recommend her highly enough, really made our day

I was also trying to find a singer for our civil ceremony in Cork on august 29th but am having trouble finding a non-traditional singer/duo? A male singer thats not classical/tenor is also hard to find. any ideas??

We had a non-religious ceremony. We had Stella Bass singing at ours. She has an amazing voice and learned a song in French for our ceremony.
We had booked her through the Good Guys Band, but I imagine she probably does booking solo as well.
