    Hey all

we’re gone be painting bedrooms and looking at Flat matt pair but on a budget. Anyone here ever used johnstone’s trade flat mat or dulux dead flat. I like the F&B completely flat look but not the price

Looking to paint the ensuite bathroom - currently black/white floor tiles and white shower tiles. Room is tiny - any colour ideas?

Dulux is good paint and will probably look better for longer than johnstons. As for your en-suite, if its tiny then paint it brilliant white in a softsheen finish. If you put a colour in there it will probably make it feel smaller again. Matt is no good in bathrooms by the way.

I used Fleetwood easyclean recently, flat Matt and washable. Very happy with the results.

Hi, if you like the complete flat look (2% sheen) then you should choose Johnstone's Trade Flat Matt. As mentioned, this won't be great for bathrooms. You could use Durable Matt instead, matt finish and scrubable. Just so you know, Johnstone's can give you a near exact match to any F&B colour and in any paint finish without the premium price. I've use Johnstone's for years and it is one of the best trade paints I've used week in week out.
