Netbook Repair?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this, so forgive me if I'm wrong. Going through a major dilemma at the moment, cracked the screen on a (borrowed, like things can get any worse) netbook. Now I'm just wondering where and what's my best bet for getting this fixed?

I'm living in Cork, so while something may be handier locally, I'm open to collect and delivery services available too, depending which is the cheapest route.

I'm also considering the option of buying the screen itself and either doing the hassle of changing it, or pay a friend who is a tech whizz and engineer to do so? I'd rather have it done right because it isn't even mine to begin with, so I think I'm out. I hate the hassle of ordering something online too because it can come with ridiculous complications (screens vary in wiring etc, time consuming, you get the drill).

Just basically what's my best and cheapest (keyword here, guys, I'm a student) option(s) for where I stand? It's a Samsung 10.1" Netbook NP-N102

    Thankyouuuu
