    Hi Guys,
Just wondering about customer care jobs e.g Eircom, Meteor, Vodafone, Sky etc.
Where are these jobs applied for from?
Is it through recruiters or what's the story?

    Eircom are done through HCL.
Sky advertiser their stuff on their website and it's all done by themselves.

I have applied for loads of Jobs in customer care and from my experience all of these companies source from their websites. If you go to the sky website they have their own application process, very longwinded but you get a feel for whether you would like to do the job or not.

irishjobs.ie has a lot of customer service positions advertised too.
