    The attenuation is poor so the line is likely quite long. Not sure how much more you can get from it to be honest. Give them a buzz and they can try.

    From kitz forum:
    Line length (l) - from a Reported attenuation of 30.2dB

    30.2 = 13.81 * l * 2.04

    1/l = 13.81 * 2.04 / 30.2

    l = 1.08km (approx)

    Replace that with your 19.1 gives you a line of APPROX 680m.

    Sounds like that might be the max already.

    erm 19.1dB is a approximate distance of 1383 meters 9.4dB is 680ish meters

    23-25mb is the rough guide for that attenuation all tho your downstream SNR of 15.3 would say your line might take a little boost, try get them to try you on a 30 or 35mb profile and see how your line takes it, once your SNR ends up no lower then 6 or 7 you shouldnt have disconnects

    everyones line quality is unique, some have far better results then others, like my attenuation of 14.1db would say my max guide speed is 37mb but i sync at (Down / Up) 50174 Kbps / 20479 Kbpswith a snr of (Down / Up) 10.8 dB / 10.2 dB and get on average 40-46mb on speedtests
